Privacy Policy

A short, plain-language description of what data this site collects and how it's used.

Summary

MMA Dude is a static blog. We don't run accounts, we don't sell anything, and we don't run a comments system. The only data we collect is anonymous analytics about page visits via Google Analytics 4.

What We Collect

Through Google Analytics 4 we receive standard, anonymous web analytics data, including:

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to recognize repeat visits in aggregate. These cookies do not personally identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use private browsing — none of those will affect how the site works for you.

How We Use This Data

Aggregate analytics help us understand which articles are useful, which broken links to fix, and where people drop off. That's it. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to any third party other than Google (the analytics provider).

Third Parties

AI Crawlers

This site explicitly allows AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Perplexity, Google-Extended, etc.) to index our content for retrieval-augmented generation. See /llms.txt and /robots.txt for details. We do not collect any data from AI crawlers — they read public pages and that's the end of our involvement.

Your Rights

Because we don't store personal data, there's no individual record to access, correct, or delete. If you'd like Google Analytics to forget you, the opt-out add-on linked above is the cleanest path.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes meaningfully, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change to reflect that. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
